NetWork ("we", "our", or "us") operates the NetWork mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services as outlined in our service documentation.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Performance & Gameplay Data: Match scores, tournament results, left/right-side game stats, time-of-day data, and historical performance metrics.
• Content: Photos and videos uploaded to your "Personal Hall of Fame".
• Transactional Data: Token wallet balances, history of activities, and records of tokens gifted or rewarded.
• Community Data: Feedback, rankings based on peer opinions, and, where applicable, verified status as a trainer or community manager.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill the functions defined in the App:

• Service Delivery: To manage your player profile, calculate performance-based rankings, and facilitate match dynamics (tournaments, round robins, etc.).
• Analytics: To analyze gameplay statistics and provide insights into your performance and team synergy.
• Community Management: To facilitate interactions between players, clubs, and trainers/community managers.
• Account Security: To verify user status and manage token-based transactions.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with essential service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements, including:

• Supabase (supabase.com): For database management and authentication.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Necessary for hosting user-generated video and photo content.
• Regulatory Compliance: Where required by law to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with global privacy standards, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data, including "Personal Hall of Fame" media and token history.
• Right to Portability: You may request your gameplay and statistical data in a machine-readable format.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active to ensure the integrity of your performance statistics and token wallet. Upon account deletion, we will remove your identifiable data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to limited data retention required for legal or tax compliance.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 16 (or higher, depending on the jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have it removed.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
