Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetWork mobile application (the "App") operated by NetWork ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly permit users under 16 to register or use the service.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the App you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights in the photos, videos, scores, comments, and other content you upload to the App, including content uploaded to your "Personal Hall of Fame" ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant NetWork a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Manipulate match results, rankings, tokens, or any other system for unfair advantage.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to App infrastructure.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Tokens

The App may award you virtual tokens ("Tokens") based on gameplay activity. Tokens:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary instrument;
• Are non-redeemable, non-refundable, and non-transferable outside the App;
• Are licensed to you, not owned by you, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, and ranking algorithms, are owned by NetWork or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as expressly permitted.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our support page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, the licences granted in these Terms will end, except for licences that by their nature survive termination.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetWork disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetWork's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Mexican consumer carve-out. If you reside in Mexico, nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights granted to you under Mexican federal consumer protection law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor), and you may bring claims arising under that law in the competent Mexican courts.
